How to Order

Congratulations on your decision to have someone create that scrapbook album you have always dreamed about!!  We are so honored to be the company you have chosen to make it possible.

First Step:  Let's set up an appointment for your initial consultation to help you with your decisions.   Just go to the section on the site that says "Make an Appointment", and someone will contact you within 48 hours.

Second Step:  We will send you our Client Agreement/Contract.  Read it through thoroughly to become familiar with all the guidelines and write down any questions you may have that we should discuss during your consultation.

Next Step:  Get your package ready to send out to us.  Once you have signed our Client Agreement/Contract, we will send you an Inventory of Photographs & Memorabilia sheet to help you with getting your pictures together.  Below is a checklist of things to help you with this.

~Go through the photos you're wanting us to design your pages/albums for and sort them into 'event' groupings, chronological order, or by person; as well as any special memorabilia that goes with those photos.  That will let you see what you have and make a reasonable guesstimate on how many pages you will need me to design.  Page sizes available are 12x12 . . . 8x8 . . .6x6 . . . 8½x11, the more photos/memorabilia the larger the page size you'll need; the number of photos per page will vary with the amount of cropping each photo can accept without losing any important elements.  Looking through our Portfolio will help you determine how many photos will fit a particular page size.

~PLEASE, DO NOT send me your negatives, or undeveloped film.  You must have any developing or resizing done before we begin the process.  Send us the developed prints and keep your negatives in a safe place.

~Once you have your photos grouped you can see what size pages you'll need, so you can choose the appropriate sized album.  Albums come in a variety of styles and textures.  You can choose the album you want to purchase in the web-store, or if you have already purchased the album, I strongly suggest you sent it to ensure the layouts are sized to fit.

~If there is any particular layout design in our Portfolio, you can make a note of the layout # from my gallery and place it with that batch of photos in an envelope or band them together.  Use one envelope per batch of photos that will be used on one/two pages.

~Journaling - as your photos are batched/grouped you can make notes for your journaling if you're wanting us to include the journaling at the time we design the pages.  If you want to add the journaling when you get the completed page, just make a note with approx size of journal spot you'll need.  Any journaling you send me to include will be done from my computer since any handwritings in your album/pages should be unique to you and your family, if you send me your handwritten journaling with your photos we will trim what you send to include on the page, or email them to me noting which photo batch/page they will go on.

~Print out and completely fill in the Client Agreement/Contract to include with your project.  As you read each line item place your initials where indicated.  Initialing that you're read and understood the contract/agreement is to ensure that we both know what is expected of each other, with no surprises or disappointments later.

~Mail everything securely inside a zip-lock baggie or plastic wrap to ensure it doesn't get wet/damaged in transit from rain or snow in the appropriate shipping box from the carrier you will be shipping through . . . to the address on the Client Agreement/Contract along with your payment, or credit card payment authorization.  We will email you a new invoice when we have completed the job for any additional payment if necessary.

~We strongly recommend, whether you use Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, that you send everything "Insured with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking abilities".  We will immediately email or call you with confirmation that we have received the package and the condition of your items.  We can at that time give you an approximate completion date.
